Terms and Conditions

All drivers must be at Auscarts 40 minutes prior to their race start time for registration, breathalysing, group assessment, and their briefing before the race.

Failure to arrive on time may result in a reduction of karting time / or missed race session

Auscarts reserves the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another date.

 

MEDICAL/PRIOR INJURIES:

  • Medical conditions such as epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, head, back or neck injuries, we recommend you DO NOT go kart. You are required to have medical consent from your doctor to partake in this activity.
  • Historically these medical conditions/injuries can be aggravated further and increases risk of increased injury.
  • Please bring any concerns in regard to any medical conditions or prior injuries to Auscarts staff that they should be aware of.
  • We may decline your go kart ride for OH&S reasons.

Refunds will not be given to patrons who blow over 0.00BAC.

 

Auscarts does not invoice clients unless approved prior to booking through the Auscarts office – info@auscarts.com.au

 

REFUNDS:

Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:

  • Participants identified by staff as potential hazards to themselves or others on the track
  • Participants engaging in or instigating any misconduct, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests on the premises
  • Alteration of preference or dissatisfaction with the experience
  • Late arrival or non-attendance for the booking session
  • Failure to participate without sufficient notice
  • Failure to show for session

 

We aim to ensure an enjoyable experience at Auscarts, however occasionally technology malfunctions or delays in our teams schedule may occur (such as lap timing or system failure). Unfortunately, we do not offer compensation or refunds for any inconvenience of costs incurred due to these delays.

 

BOOKINGS ONLINE:

  • Bookings online through www.auscarts.com.au or social platforms will be subject to be paid in full on checkout and may endorse a credit card/ booking platform fee
  • All details and amounts will be specified on checkout before final transaction
  • All bookings purchased online are non-refundable.
  • All bookings can be re-scheduled once, and must be completed at least 5 days prior to race date.
  • If you purchase more then 1 x 15 minutes ride , these rides are non refundable due to change of mind.
  • Refunds will not be given for exchange of change of mind or if you blow over 0.00BAC in accordance with Auscarts terms and Refunds will not be given if drivers are taken off track due to unsafe driving practices or not following instructions by the track Marshalls.

 

PAYPAL SALE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Validity Period

This Sale offer is valid for use Only Monday’s , Tuesday’s, Wednesdays and Thursday's in the month of March 2026. Time between 9:30am – 10pm.

 

2.      Non- Extendable

The offer is strictly valid with the date and time specified in the terms and conditions. These vouchers cannot be extended under any circumstances.

The consumer has agreed on the terms and conditions of purchase.

 

3.      Non – Transferrable

The offer is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferrable unless otherwise stated.

 

4.      No Combination offers

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, vouchers or promotions.

 

5.      Booking Requirements

 
To redeem this offer, customers must contact Auscarts directly with proof of purchase and their preferred date and time. A team member will then be in touch shortly to confirm availability and finalise the booking.

 

6.      No Cash Value

The offer is not redeemable for cash and no credit or change will be provided.

 

7.      Management rights

Management reserves the right to amend, refuse or cancel the promotion in the event or misuse or unforeseen circumstances.

 

ALCOHOL: 

  • ESTELLE & CO P/L ACN - 130865968 AS TRUSTEE FOR ESTELLE TRUST ABN - 88791889123 T/A AUSCART RACING policy on liquor is ZERO B.A.C
  • Any participants who do not obey these regulations will not be allowed to race
  • Your blood alcohol level must zero (0.00)
  • All drivers will be required to be breath tested to determine their eligibility to drive and given a wristband
  • Alcohol will not be served before racing
  • If drivers are intoxicated on the race day, NO REFUNDS will be given and the minimum number format  drivers will be charged.
  • Once participants have completed driving, patrons will be allowed to have alcohol and a staff member will remove wristband

 

UNFORESEEN WEATHER CONDITIONS:

  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or business disturbances, refunds will not be provided
  • Instead, the booking will be transferred to another day.

 

AGE REQUIERMENTS:

  • Patrons need to be a minimum of 13 years of age.
  • All minors between the ages of 13 to 18 will need a parent or guardian to read and sign the minor indemnity form.
  • A minor will always need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and onsite at Auscarts at all times
  • Minors under the age of 13 are not allowed to drive as they are not covered under Auscarts Public Liability.
  • Please bring a Government issued ID for any driver that is over the age of 18. This may be required as proof of identity.
  • Please proceed to www.auscarts.com.au to download the minor indemnity form

 

HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Patrons need to be a minimum of 143cm tall to be able to drive safely and reach the pedals
  • This is subject to the patron being able to fit into the kart safely and able to drive in accordance with Auscarts Safety Rules and Regulations
  • Inner seats are available on site for small frame people

 

WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Karts can safely hold drivers up to 145kg. This will be subject to correct and safe fitting into the karts
  • If you are concerned you will not be able to safely fit into a kart, please visit 50 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne for fitting and driver evaluation

 

CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Comfortable clothing, flat closed toe shoes and requirements to be worn
  • Loose clothing, scarved, head wear, thongs, sandals, and high heels will not be allowed – skirts, dresses and loose pants are not recommended
  • No tight jewellery is to be worn around neck
  • Helmets and hairnets are provided by ESTELLE & CO P/L ACN - 130865968
